About Resolve

Resolve asks you to firmly decide on a course of action.

Through movement, somatic experiencing, compassionate curiosity, breathwork, guided meditation, parts work, and inner child discovery, we will teach you how to hear your own inner guidance and fully trust your own discernment and intuition.

I not only practice a holistic approach to my life, but I integrate this philosophy into my work. I believe movement, spirituality, flow, breath, meditation, and nutrition all play an integral role in mental health and the overall health of an individual. It’s wildly important to nurture these spaces of life in order to find optimal wellbeing. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, addictive disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. I will partner with you on your journey toward mental, physical and spiritual health.

I have my Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling, as well as Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. I also have received multiple certifications in movement, nutrition and psychedelic integration. These pieces have perceived importance. And yet, I find myself most powerful when I truly lean into the permission to access the fullness of the wisdom I have been given, not only in lived experience, but also in the wisdom passed down from my ancestors and healers.

Learning to listen to my intuitive body, the permission to feel what I am being called to, and trusting myself feels like the most accurate representation of what I am “about”. I work with individuals to improve connection to their intuitive body, allow themselves to feel their inner wisdom, process trauma to free body, mind, soul and feel into the freedom this life has to offer when we surrender and experience flow. I see myself as a human highlighter, allowing you to feel and see yourself with new brightness, lightness and love.
