As we allow our vulnerability forward, start to get clear with ourselves and others, our leadership changes. Vulnerability in the workplace feels sticky and often hard. When so much of business asks us to, “suit up”, put out fires, and constantly be available to everyone. How does one even begin to let their soft underbelly show? Is it safe? We will work together to integrate all parts of yourself, work through past experiences/traumas to bring your most authentic self forward. My work in this space is concentrated on YOU first, how you feel as you walk around in the world,  and from that…how do you show up in the world. We will work toward creating influence from an honest, healthy space. Your leadership can be compassionate, loving and kind, and still create waves of influence. We will work together from the lens of compassionate seeing and curious inquiry towards your growth.
