Mental Health Coaching
How do I work with clients? I ask clients to be curious more than anything. Curious about what is, what they think they want, who they are, etc. We work toward being present with the moments as they come, from a lens of non-attachment, finding loving-kindness and equanimity toward self and others, generosity, compassion and empathy. I walk alongside people with non-judgement, hear their story and offer ways to find growth, to feel fully alive as we all experience the continual groundlessness of this world.
I love partnering with my client’s as we uncover hidden parts of themselves, processing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety. My own healing journey allows me to be with others from a deeply empathetic space.
Movement
What is the best way to move? The one you will do! And the one that your body feels good doing. Through movement, we not only benefit the body with strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, we also release neurotransmitters through our nervous system that help us regulate mood, sleep, digestion, motivation, learning, pain processing, increase in pleasure, etc. The brain/body connection is what we call forward in our work at Resolve.
Each client will receive an individualized plan that fits their needs and takes into account their preferences. It is imperative we enjoy the movement we choose to engage in. Whether it be running, cycling, dance, yoga, strength training, hiking, climbing, we will find ways to integrate this important part of life. We also invite in some challenges, learn how to overcome and conquer fears.
